No. Forms are set per appointment type, so you can keep a single general form or add separate ones for estimates, repairs and installs as you need them.
How do I look up what I did for a customer before?
Use global search to find the customer or job, then open a past event. Its Forms tab shows the submissions, photos and timestamps from that visit.
