Questions from plumbing teams

How do I fit an emergency call into a full day?
Check the Day view to see each plumber’s column, or run AI scheduling with a short date range and the estimated job time. It recommends a slot that avoids double-booking and accounts for travel time.
Can I require photos before a job is closed out?
Yes. Image upload fields can be marked as required, and the form can’t be submitted until the photos are added. Submissions and images are visible on the event’s Forms tab.
What does the customer receive when the plumber is on the way?
When the plumber taps Send ETA, the customer is notified with the plumber’s name, the estimated arrival time and the job reference.
