Questions from window coverings teams

Can I build my own measure and install forms?
Yes. Forms are set up per appointment type in Form Management, with field types including text, number, mixed number/fraction, dropdown, checkbox, radio button and image upload. You can also describe the form in plain language and let the AI Form Generator draft it.
Can installers fill in forms without signal?
Yes. If a submission can’t sync immediately, OnTyme saves it on the device and syncs it when the connection returns.
How do I get measurements to the office or a supplier?
Submissions can be exported as an XLSX file, emailed directly from the event’s Forms tab, or bulk-exported by appointment type and date range.
